It's gone. The pile has been removed. I thought I would be happier, but I'm just plain tired and sore. It was a big pile. It was half-frozen. The leaves peeled off the driveway in sheets. Many thanks to the Bairs for loaning us a truck and to Marianne for lugging and straining with me. It wouldn't have been nearly as fun (er, uh, possible), without your contributions.
Now to tackle the garage. If only there were some kind of garage police to ticket me for parking on the driveway :)
