This week was very busy, but it all kind of seems like a blur. There are some deadlines at work that are coming up, and I have had a lot to do to get everything done on time. Also Alice's first day of school is coming up, so we got to meet with her teacher this week. It is kind of scary and exciting to think that she is old enough to go to school. It also felt like were just running from one place to another.
Yesterday was kind of surprising. We cleaned the house in the morning, had lunch and a then Alice and Robert went to a birthday party. It gave Susan and I a nice break. After dinner we were supposed to go to an ice cream social. Before we could leave we found out that our block was having a block party that night. We showed up late, but had a good time anyways. We also got to go the the social which was nice.
