Robert decided this year that he wanted to make strawberry freezer jam from all the berries he picked from our backyard. He gathered 6-7 cups over a week before I finally went out there and harvested everything that was ripe enough...another 6-7 cups. We made a pile of jam. Robert saved a jar just for himself. Alice plans to give a jar to Erin. James and Matthew were excellent berry taste-testers.
I took ZERO pictures. Ugh. Summer.
