This week I was in California at a conference for work. It was not that exciting. It was nice to be able to talk face to face with some of the people I work with in other parts of the world, but the content was directed much more at people who use what I work on, and not much towards the people who are making it.
But it was very nice to finally be home again. It was a hot day on Saturday so we set up the kiddy pool for the kids to swim in. They were having fun, but then Alice had to go to a friend's house for a birthday party, so buddy was left to swim by himself. This is what he came up with.
